Job summary

Vueling is seeking a Crew Control Agent to join the Operations Control Centre in Viladecans, on a temporary, full-time basis. You will report to the Head of Crew Operations and help manage Pilot and Cabin Crew resources to support safe, punctual operations.

The role requires 1–2 years' experience in crew control or airline operations, a university degree in aviation or related field, strong analytical skills, and fluent Spanish with at least B2+ English.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher vocational training in aviation-related field.
• 1–2 years in Crew Control or airline operations.
• Knowledge of crew management, crew optimisation, and roster policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pilot and Cabin Crew resources efficiently to ensure coverage of daily flight operations.
• Resolve operational disruptions including crew sickness, staffing changes, flight changes and rerouting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, Operations Manual, crew agreements and roster policies.
• Analyse operational incidents and identify agile, practical, compliant solutions.
• Prioritise safety and punctuality in all crew-related decisions.
• Coordinate with Pilots, Cabin Crew and other departments to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain accurate information in the department’s operational systems.
