Job summary

Vueling Airlines SA in Viladecans, Spain, seeks a Fleet Planning professional to manage the fleet lifecycle end to end, including entries into service, redeliveries, and ACMI.

You will coordinate cross‑functional projects with Operations, Maintenance, Flight Operations, OCC, Safety, Compliance and Finance to ensure safe, compliant fleet deployment. Requirements: degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering, 1–2 years airline experience, fluent Spanish and English (C1).

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years in an airline environment.
• Experience with fleet planning, operations strategy or PMO.

Responsibilities

• Manage entries into service, redeliveries, modifications, retrofits and ACMI operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Maintenance, Flight Ops and Safety.
• Lead planning, governance and risk management for major fleet initiatives.
• Ensure readiness of fleet events and external capacity solutions.
• Monitor risks and performance; report to senior stakeholders.
• Support development of fleet planning, optimization and decision tools.
