Milestone Systems seeks a Support Professional with English and Italian or Spanish, based in Barcelona. The role is hybrid with a late shift (10:00–19:00) and focuses on delivering reliable technical support across Milestone product portfolio to Business Partners.

• Technical background in IT support or DevOps.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting external clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Italian or Spanish at C level.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality technical support across Milestone product portfolio for partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor by expanding partner expertise in Milestone solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries via phone, chat, and web.
• Analyze and troubleshoot frontline cases; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and improve case handling.
