Job summary

Milestone Systems is seeking a Technical Support Professional based in Barcelona for a hybrid role with a late shift (10:00–19:00). You will act as the primary contact for Milestone Partners, delivering reliable technical support across the product portfolio and expanding knowledge across the community.

The role requires strong Windows, IP networking, and database skills, plus fluent English and French (C-level). You will collaborate with global teams and ensure KPI/SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience providing technical support for external clients.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows OS and related technologies.
• Experience with multi-channel support (phone, chat, web).

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable and high-quality technical support across the Milestone product portfolio to Partners.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor by empowering the Milestone community and expanding their expertise.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries via phone, chat, and web support channels.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Frontline support cases; escalate to Backline when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case handling and knowledge sharing.
• Perform support activities in line with KPIs and SLAs.
