Milestone Systems in Barcelona is seeking a Support Professional fluent in English and French to join our hybrid team, working late shift 10:00 to 19:00. This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical support across the Milestone product portfolio to partners and customers.

You will troubleshoot cases, assist with implementation and operation of Milestone solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case handling while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Formación

• Experience in technical support for external clients.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reliable technical support across Milestone product portfolio.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to partners.
• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and web channels and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and resolve cases.
• Adhere to KPIs and SLAs in all support activities.
