Factorial HR is seeking a Recruitment Sourcer Intern to own sourcing for our tech roles, including engineers, data scientists, and product people. You’ll build talent pools, engage candidates, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers from day one.

This is a 6-month internship requiring university internship agreement and full availability for the full term. You’ll join the People Team in a fast-growing, diverse environment, using AI tools to speed up sourcing, and maintaining clean

Formación

• Master's degree or hands-on recruitment experience (internships, NGO projects, or university talent work).
• Genuine interest in tech and recruitment.
• Analytical and organized with data-focused mindset.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Curious about AI tools to speed up sourcing and outreach.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish (B2) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools for tech roles.
• Screen and shortlist resumes to align with requirements.
• Support phone screenings and assess candidate fit and skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and maintain smooth processes.
• Build and maintain clean, structured candidate databases with proper tagging.
• Support employer branding through social channels and other means.
