Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high‑potential candidates for our AI‑fintech ecosystem. This remote role emphasizes proactive outreach, structured first‑stage interviews, and candidate qualification to support growth.

You will source through LinkedIn and other networks, conduct 15–20 minute interviews, and manage a pipeline with daily 2–3 interviews. Strong self‑motivation and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Charismatic, confident communication and objection handling.
• Comfortable using Zoom and Google Meet for interviews.
• Basic to intermediate English written and spoken.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and job boards.
• Initiate outreach and present Assetara opportunity to candidates.
• Conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews via Zoom/Meet.
• Carry out 2–3 first-stage interviews daily, with scheduling.
• Maintain candidate records and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Follow privacy policies and recruitment practices in all communications.
