Factorial HR is seeking a Recruitment Sourcer Intern to own sourcing for our tech roles, including engineers, data scientists, and product people. You’ll build talent pools, engage candidates, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers from day one.

This is a 6-month internship requiring university internship agreement and full availability for the full term. You’ll join the People Team in a fast-growing, diverse environment, using AI tools to speed up sourcing, and maintaining clean

• Master's degree or hands-on recruitment experience (internships, NGO projects, or university talent work).
• Genuine interest in tech and recruitment.

• Strong communication in English and Spanish (B2) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools for tech roles.
• Screen and shortlist resumes to align with requirements.
• Support phone screenings and assess candidate fit and skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and maintain smooth processes.
• Build and maintain clean, structured candidate databases with proper tagging.
• Support employer branding through social channels and other means.

To keep building the team behind that growth, we're on the lookout for a Recruitment Sourcer Intern who wants to own a real piece of how we find and attract top tech talent.

The Role

You’ll be the engine behind our Tech Talent Acquisition—finding, mapping, and engaging the engineers, data, and product people who'll shape Factorial's future. This isn't a "post and pray" role: you'll actively hunt for talent, keep our pipelines clean, and use AI to work smarter, not harder.

You’ll join our People Team, working shoulder to shoulder with our recruiters and hiring managers. You’ll own sourcing projects from day one and see the direct impact of your work on who joins Factorial.

Before you apply: this is a 6-month internship. Please make sure your university can provide the internship agreement and that you're available for the full 6 months.

What you'll do

• Source candidates: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools to identify and engage potential candidates for our tech roles.
• Screen and shortlist: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that align with our requirements.
• Support phone screenings: Help assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with them to understand their needs and keep the recruitment process smooth.
• Build talent pools: Create and maintain clean, well-structured databases of potential candidates for current and future openings—consistent tagging, no duplicates, always up to date.
• Support employer branding: Help promote Factorial's employer brand through social media and other channels.
• Work AI-first & data-driven: Use AI tools to speed up sourcing and outreach, and track sourcing metrics (funnel, response rates, conversion) to keep improving.

What we’re looking for

• Academically ready: You're doing (or just finished) a Master's degree—ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. If you're not coming from a Master's, you already have hands-on recruitment experience (a previous internship, a volunteer/NGO recruitment project, university talent work, or similar).
• Into tech and recruitment: You have a genuine interest in both.
• Analytical and organized: Comfortable with data analysis and Excel/Sheets, detail-oriented, and able to keep projects and pipelines clean under volume.
• Proactive: You can work independently as well as part of a team.
• AI-driven: Curious about (and already playing with) AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Communication skills: Strong communication skills in English (our main working language) and a minimum B2 level of Spanish.

Bonus Points if You

• Have familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, an ATS, etc.).
• Have already used AI tools in a recruiting or research context.
• Have a soft spot for tech and startup environments.
