Aily Labs is seeking a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer Intern to join our fast-growing AI company. You’ll work with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and support proactive sourcing across multiple channels.

Formación

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Curiosity and adaptability in fast-growing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews, recruitment logistics, and onboarding with the Talent team and Hiring Managers.
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage related logistics across stakeholders.
• Provide timely, clear, and professional communication throughout recruitment.
• Assist with job creation, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
• Support proactive sourcing to identify passive talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Review resumes to assess qualifications and fit with role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and document recruiting processes.
• Collaborate with recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes.
