Job summary

Ebury is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Madrid hub, focusing on tech talent across Engineering, Product, and other technical roles. This in-house role supports a collaborative, international TA team and offers a hybrid work model in a fintech environment.

You’ll source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through an engaging hiring process, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Tech, Engineering, or Product roles.
• Experience recruiting across Spain and the EMEA region.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for diverse technical vacancies focusing on Engineering, Product, and Tech roles.
• Screen CVs, portfolios, and technical applications; assess knowledge and cultural fit.
• Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate engagement and negotiate offers in a competitive market.
• Coordinate scheduling, live coding/technical assessments, and data tracking in Greenhouse.
