Job summary

Ebury is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Madrid hub, focusing on tech talent across Engineering, Product, and other technical roles. This in-house role supports a collaborative, international TA team and offers a hybrid work model in a fintech environment.

You’ll source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through an engaging hiring process, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

• Coordinate scheduling, live coding/technical assessments, and data tracking in Greenhouse.

Ebury Madrid (Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home)

The Job

• You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of technical vacancies with a strong focus on Engineering, Product, and Tech roles
• Source and recruit tech candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized developer networks
• Screen candidates’ CVs, portfolios, and technical applications
• Assess applicants’ technical knowledge, core engineering skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Conduct structured interviews using various reliable recruiting and technical evaluation methods
• Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome
• Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating offers in a competitive tech market
• Understand engineering and product teams’ technical requirements to find the best candidate for each open role
• Network across the company building strong relationships with hiring managers, tech leads, and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Diary management and technical interview bookings (including scheduling live coding/technical assessments)
• Ensure accurate data and pipeline tracking in our recruitment system (Greenhouse)

About You

• Some previous recruitment experience either in an agency or in-house/TA experience
• Experience delivering Tech, Engineering, or Product recruitment
• Experience recruiting across Spain and the broader EMEA region
• While our initial requirement is to support our tech team's growth, there may be other opportunities to support wider recruitment needs cross-functionally
• Experience in recruitment within Financial Services or Fintech is beneficial
• Fluent Spanish and English (both verbal and written) are essential to work in our Madrid hub and international environment
• Highly organised and autonomous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly service-orientated
• A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture
