Ebury in Madrid is seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead the teams delivering the client lending application and the AI-enabled platform backbone.
You will own hiring, drive architecture reviews on AWS and BigQuery, partner with Product and Design, and ensure scalable, reliable systems while maintaining strong operational health. This leadership role offers autonomy in a newly opened hub, competitive compensation, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Formación
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams with mentorship and high delivery standards.
- Strong architectural and systems thinking across distributed services.
- Ability to recruit, assess, and hire top engineering talent.

- Delivery Ownership: translate outcomes into clear roadmaps and reliable delivery.
