Axpo Group seeks a senior leader to set the technical direction for Microsoft 365, workplace devices, and AI tools that shape our work culture. You will lead a cross-location team of engineers, POs, and architects to deliver a unified digital experience across subsidiaries in our hybrid setup.

You will drive a strategic, hands-on approach with a focus on security, identity, and cloud infrastructure, while collaborating with global vendors and internal stakeholders.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT
• Experience in technical leadership or engineering management
• Strong understanding of device management and VDI
• Hybrid cloud and security principles
• Excellent communication with technical and business audiences
• Fluent in English; German a plus

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for Collaboration & Workplace
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, POs, and architects
• Drive operational excellence across platforms with KPIs
• Own delivery of One Digital Experience consolidating subsidiaries into a single M365 tenant
• Shape strategy for applying AI to collaboration and productivity
• Act as the technical authority for architecture, standards, and vendor relationships
