AXA Group Operations seeks a Workplace Architecture Expert to lead collaboration services and Workplace AI architecture, shaping strategy for M365, Copilot, and related technologies. You will govern designs, align with the IT strategy, and drive adoption of innovative solutions across the enterprise.

The role focuses on architecture vision, governance, and problem solving at a transversal level, supporting global initiatives and technology governance bodies.

Formación

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture with advanced technical expertise.
• Experience in large-scale solutions architecture for Workplace and AI projects.
• Proven track record in complex IT environments and international transformation initiatives.
• Experience in architecture evolution, planning and financial considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern the Workplace Collaboration & AI architecture vision & strategy.
• Collaborate with CTO community and IT executives to align with Group strategy.
• Maintain architecture design patterns, models, and HLDs for validated targets.
• Transfer knowledge and support LLD delivery with Product/implementation teams.
• Provide governance prep and presentation contributions across products and projects.
