Swiss Re in Madrid is seeking a Lead Workplace Engineer to drive intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities, focusing on Microsoft 365, Workplace AI assistants, and automation for our global workforce. You will steer security, governance and compliance, lead platform modernization and migrations, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Formación

Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 digital workplace platform including security, governance and compliance capabilities.
Advanced automation and scripting with modern DevOps technologies and CI/CD.
Hands-on knowledge with Enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise.
Good data analytics and visualization with MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Networking, Identity and Access Management, provisioning and authentication.
Fluent English with strong communication skills.
