Axpo is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365/Teams engineer to join a multinational team in Madrid. You will engineer, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Teams with emphasis on security, availability, and reliability, while migrating on-premises to cloud services.

You will administer enterprise environments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the Azure/M365 expansion. English is required; German knowledge is a plus. Hybrid work with office presence in Madrid.

Formación

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage.
Understanding of IT security principles and risk-based security-by-design approaches.
Experience with On-Prem Skype for Business infrastructures and SIP/SBC solutions (Audiocodes) is a plus.
Strong hands-on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies.
Proficient English; German knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services with a focus on security, availability, and reliability.
Administer, support, and configure enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments.
Support and optimize Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Teams-related issues.
Contribute to the development and expansion of the Axpo Microsoft 365 and Azure platform.
Support the transition from on-premises to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
