Swiss Re is transforming its Digital Workplace for a global workforce of 14,000+. We seek a Lead Workplace Engineer to co-lead strategy, adoption, and delivery of intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities, focusing on Microsoft 365, Workplace AI assistants, and automation.

You will shape a modern digital experience while meeting security, governance, and regulatory requirements. You will drive platform evolution, implement security and compliance controls, and deliver initiatives like

Formación

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 digital workplace platform including security, governance and compliance.
• Advanced automation and scripting capabilities with modern DevOps technologies and CI/CD.
• Hands-on knowledge with Enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Good working knowledge of data analytics and visualization with MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry.
• Good working knowledge of Azure Cloud, Networking, IAM and auth concepts.
• Fluent English with excellent communication at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive platform evolution by identifying and deploying new Microsoft 365 and AI-augmented capabilities aligned with business requirements.
• Lead design and implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, security, governance and compliance controls.
• Deliver transformational initiatives such as platform modernization and migrations.
• Monitor developments in Digital Workplace space and engage with vendors and stakeholders.
• Hands-on implementation with Microsoft 365, Azure workloads and scripting platforms.
• Leverage Power Platform and Palantir Foundry for data-informed decisions and visualisations.
• Upskill teams and share knowledge to foster learning and innovation.
