Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer to co-lead the strategy, adoption, and delivery of intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 RTCC, Workplace AI assistants, and automation.

You will drive modern workplace experiences for a global workforce, while ensuring security, compliance, and governance requirements are met. This role is based in a hybrid setup with a strong focus on data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace with focus on Real Time Communication and Collaboration.
Advanced automation and scripting capabilities incl. modern DevOps technologies and CI/CD.
Good working knowledge of data analytics and visualization with MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry.
Good working knowledge of Azure Cloud, Networking, IAM, provisioning, authorization, and authentication concepts.
Hands-on knowledge with AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Workplace and Microsoft 365 RTCC capabilities, with governance and compliance.
Provide technical expertise to develop processes, user journeys and services meeting business requirements.
Deliver transformational initiatives like platform modernization and migrations.
Monitor fast-paced Digital Workplace developments and engage with vendors and stakeholders.
Hands-on implementation with Microsoft 365, Azure workloads, and scripting platforms; leverage data platforms for decisions.
