Job summary

Qualifyze is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to own the end-to-end hiring process across Tech & Data, Product, Growth, Finance and Quality. You will translate business needs into effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers.

Using recruitment data and talent market insights you will guide decisions, build reports on key metrics, and continuously improve processes and tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to attract top talent and

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing end-to-end hiring in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and adapt to changing business needs.
• Hands-on experience hiring across Frontend/Backend, DevOps, Data, and BI roles.
• Comfort discussing technical requirements with Hiring Managers.
• Experience building hiring reports and using recruitment metrics.
• Continuous improvement mindset in recruitment and tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across Tech & Data, Product, Growth, Finance and Quality.
• Advise Hiring Managers on talent availability, role requirements, and compensation expectations.
• Use data and market insights to guide sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
• Improve recruitment processes, workflows and tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Strengthen Qualifyze’s employer brand through targeted talent attraction initiatives.
