Biorce is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our engineering, AI, data science, and product teams from our Austin hub. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and build pipelines in a fast‑growth Healthtech AI company.

You should be fluent in English, experienced in sourcing for senior technical roles, and comfortable operating in a high‑velocity environment, using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other tools to outpace competition.

Formación

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, or similar technical functions.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Experience in fast-paced startup, scale-up, agency, RPO, or high-volume recruiting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partnership and consultation with hiring managers to shape search strategies.
• End-to-end recruitment ownership from intake to offer.
• Expert sourcing to build strong pipelines across technical domains.
• Candidate engagement through direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the process.
• Maintain structured ATS data, track activity, and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Develop market intelligence on technical talent landscapes to stay competitive.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and candidate communication.
