Job summary

AMFRESH Group in Madrid is seeking a motivated Global Talent Development Trainee to join the team. You will support global Talent Development initiatives, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Future Leaders programs, and team-building activities.

This internship offers exposure to project planning, coordination and implementation, while you learn how Talent Development projects are managed from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations or related field.
• Well-organized, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, initiative and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
• Placement requires an internship agreement with the student’s academic institution.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Global Talent Development Trainee to join our team in Madrid.

You will support different global Talent Development initiatives, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Future leaders programs, and team-building activities.

You will have the opportunity to learn how Talent Development projects are planned, coordinated and implemented, while actively supporting the team throughout the different stages of each project.

About You

We are looking for a proactive profile with a genuine interest in Human Resources and Talent Development.

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations or a related field.
• Well-organized, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, initiative and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. We value knowledge of AI & automation tools.

Previous experience is not required. We value motivation, initiative and willingness to learn.

*The placement requires an internship agreement to be signed with the student’s academic institution.

Start date and working schedule to be agreed with the selected student.
