We are looking to bring on board an intern who is eager to learn and develop their career within the People field, actively contributing to talent attraction, recruitment, and development processes in a dynamic, innovative, and technology-driven environment.

Among your main learning areas will be recruitment processes, collaborating in the definition and publication of job offers, CV screening, and conducting both phone and in-person competency-based interviews, as well as coordinating with managers and business teams to support decision‑making.
You will also participate in the follow‑up and development of interns, supporting follow‑up meetings, end‑of‑internship evaluations, and identifying initiatives aimed at enhancing their experience and professional growth within the company.
In addition, you will support the organization and participation in talent acquisition events, such as job fairs, university forums, talks, and other employer branding activities designed to strengthen relationships with universities and educational institutions.
Furthermore, you will collaborate in the planning and execution of engagement initiatives, contributing to the design of activities that foster integration, motivation, and a sense of belonging within the organization.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive and practical understanding of talent management, developing skills in recruitment, development, employer branding, and employee experience within a dynamic, international, and highly technological corporate environment.
For this position, we are looking for students in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, with an interest in people management. Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and strong communication and teamwork skills will be highly valued. In addition, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and an intermediate level of English are important.
Previous knowledge of competency‑based interviews and additional languages will also be considered a plus.
