Responsibilities

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, onboarding, digitalization and AI-enabled People & Culture initiatives.
• Assist with executive recruitment processes and candidate communications.
• Support external talent pipelining via campaigns, events and university partnerships.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, reporting and ATS databases.
• Conduct market research, talent intelligence and benchmarking when applicable.
• Prepare presentations and communications for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and curious trainee to join Almirall’s Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Branding area within the Talent Strategy team.

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate Director, you will provide operational, administrative and project support across global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives. You will contribute to executive recruitment processes, talent attraction activities related to the implementation of global Talent Acquisition, onboarding and employer branding improvement strategies, while gaining direct exposure to innovative People & Culture practices in an international ad highly specialized environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong learning mindset, with sharp curiosity about digital innovation and AI, and enthusiasm for developing a career in People & Culture.

Main Responsibilities

• Materially contribute to projects related to Talent Acquisition, onboarding, digitalization and AI-enabled People & Culture innovation initiatives.
• Support executive and hard-to-fill recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate communications and overall documentation administration.
• Assist with Almirall’s critical roles’ external talent pipelining, including talent attraction campaigns, events and university partnerships.
• Manage recruitment documentation, reporting and ATS databases.
• Assist in market research, talent intelligence and competitor benchmarking activities whenever applicable.
• Prepare presentations, reports and communication materials for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for Learning, Performance and Talent Development initiatives when required.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline is a plus.
• Strong interest and motivation to contribute to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and P&C Strategy.
• Full English-language proficiency, Spanish being a plus.
• Proven interest in digital tools, emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence applications to business efficiency.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with prior experience with an ATS/CRM tool.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, AI tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
