GMV is offering an internship in People & Culture focused on talent attraction, recruitment, and development. You will collaborate on job offers, screen CVs, and conduct competency-based interviews, supporting managers and business teams.

• Students in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, with an interest in people management.
• Proactivity, eagerness to learn, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, intermediate level of English.
• Previous knowledge of competency-based interviews and additional languages will also be considered a plus.

Internship: People & Culture

We are looking to bring on board an intern who is eager to learn and develop their career within the People field, actively contributing to talent attraction, recruitment, and development processes in a dynamic, innovative, and technology-driven environment.

What challenge will you be taking on?

• Recruitment processes: collaborate in definition and publication of job offers, CV screening, and conducting both phone and in-person competency-based interviews, as well as coordinating with managers and business teams to support decision-making.
• Follow-up and development of interns: support follow-up meetings, end-of-internship evaluations, and identifying initiatives aimed at enhancing their experience and professional growth within the company.
• Organization and participation in talent acquisition events such as job fairs, university forums, talks, and other employer branding activities designed to strengthen relationships with universities and educational institutions.
• Planning and execution of engagement initiatives, contributing to the design of activities that foster integration, motivation, and a sense of belonging within the organization.

What do we need in our team?

• Students in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, with an interest in people management.
• Proactivity, eagerness to learn, strong communication and teamwork skills.
