Zusammenfassung

Global Exchange is seeking an HR Data Analytics Intern in Madrid to develop Power BI dashboards, analyze headcount and key HR metrics, and support global HR processes. You will work with the People Analytics team and contribute to cross-functional HR projects in an international environment.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, process automation, and collaboration with colleagues across departments. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in business, economics, or analytics.

We are looking for an intern with a strong analytical orientation and a passion for data, who wants to develop within the HR area from a business perspective. Ideal profile: student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or similar, with an interest in applying data analysis and reporting tools to the people function. We value analytical skills, attention to detail, curiosity to understand trends and metrics, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, international environment.

Organization & Reporting Area :

• Development of Power BI dashboards and HR data analysis
• Preparation of department reports and KPIs
• Management and maintenance of databases
• Advanced reporting and process automation
• Cross-functional administrative support to the HR team
• Nice to have - experience with Snowflake

People Analytics & Business Insights Area

• Support in analyzing headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other key people metrics
• Collaboration in preparing reports for compensation and global policies
• Support in monitoring compliance with internal processes and regulations
• Participation in cross-functional HR process improvement projects
• Support in preparing presentations and reports for the Executive Committee
