Confidencial is seeking a proactive HR professional to join the People team in a hybrid role combining Talent Acquisition and Development. You will support operational HR processes, dashboards, and data-driven initiatives in an international setting.

The role encompasses TA and onboarding, job architecture, offboarding, employee engagement, internal HR communications and HR analytics. Collaboration with managers and stakeholders will be key, with hands-on data work to improve processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR department or HR operations role.
• Experience working with HR data, reporting or HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment screening calls and initial candidate interviews.
• Support Job Description standardization, role analysis and redesign with managers.
• Design, document and implement the offboarding program and exit surveys.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and surveys; analyze data.
• Prepare internal HR communications and publish newsletters; support employer branding.
• Maintain HR dashboards and assist with quarterly HR reports and analytics.
