Amcor is seeking a Talent Data & Programs Specialist to shape talent decisions worldwide through data insights and the delivery of global talent programs. You will transform people data into meaningful dashboards in Excel and Power BI, support talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and collaborate with HR partners across regions to drive growth.

Formación

3–5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills with the ability to create clear visualizations.
Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions and cultures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and confidentiality.
Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

Turn talent data into meaningful insights to support strategic talent decisions.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for leaders to understand workforce trends.
Support talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and engagement.
Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting with accuracy and consistency.
Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
