Accenture is seeking a motivated Workday Talent & Performance Analyst to join its global Workday Business Group in Madrid. You will participate in design, discovery, and configuration workshops, building talent and performance solutions within Workday and contributing to cloud-based HR transformations.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and using AI-enabled accelerators; ideal for graduates with some exposure to Workday, strong analytical skills, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or HR systems.
• Willingness to learn and build Workday talent and performance configuration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture talent and performance requirements and decisions
• Configure Workday talent and performance functionality under the guidance of your team lead
• Build, test and document your configuration and carry out unit testing
• Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles
• Contribute to the team's solution and grow your talent and performance expertise by learning from senior colleagues
