Nalanda Global is seeking an HR Business Partner – Talent & Development to drive strategic and operational support across Talent, Learning & Development, and performance initiatives. You will lead a small team, partner with managers, and shape scalable processes to improve employee experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process design, and leveraging AI/tools to advance Talent programs while aligning with business goals and a global context.

Formación

• At least 3 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
• At least 2 years as HR Business Partner or Talent Partner.
• Experience designing Talent, Learning & Development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent Management initiatives aligned with People strategy.
• Design and improve processes for performance, development and succession.
• Oversee recruitment processes and data analytics in ATS.
• Coordinate and optimize LMS and learning programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in People processes.
• Support managers and HRBPs with talent initiatives.
