Job summary

Ipronics in Valencia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team on-site.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source top talent across roles, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in a bilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills, including proactive search techniques.
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Valencia or willing to relocate; on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
