Destinus is seeking a proactive Recruiter/HR assistant to support our fast-growing UAV/aerospace recruitment pipeline in Madrid. You will arrange interviews, engage with candidates, assist the HR team with documentation and internal communications, and help manage recruitment operations.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, eager to learn, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a high-growth environment.

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week), ideally 9:00–18:00.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Support HR team with documentation, meetings, and processes.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with recruitment tasks.
• Source and outreach to top talent using LinkedIn and job boards.
