FOSSA in Madrid region (Las Rozas) seeks a motivated HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team and support growing hiring needs in a fast-paced space tech company.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and university partnerships, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with digital tools and LinkedIn.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People team to understand role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and university partnerships.
• Review applications and support candidate screening activities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Keep recruitment data and candidate records updated in the ATS.
• Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including university events and social media activities.
• Support reporting and recruitment metrics analysis.
• Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new employees.
