Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Spain, is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary mission. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft engaging job adverts, and help attract top talent for Airbus's evolving projects.

You will develop sourcing strategies using social media, participate in interviews, and support Airbus’ Early Career initiatives while embracing a collaborative, inclusive team culture across a transnational environment.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Psychology or related field with early recruitment exposure.
• Interest in modern sourcing tools and social media.
• Spanish and English negotiation level is mandatory.
• Proactive networker with strong communication and collaboration.
• Interest in aerospace/engineering is a plus.

• Go Global: Participate in innovative, cross-divisional, and transnational HR projects through our Employment Communities of Practice.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Education & Experience: A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, accompanied by some initial exposure to recruitment (internships, academic projects, or 1-2 years of junior experience).
• Digital Savvy: A strong interest in modern sourcing tools, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and digital recruitment trends.
• Industry Curiosity: While not mandatory, an interest in the aerospace, technical, or engineering sectors is a big plus!
• Soft Skills: You are a proactive networker with stellar communication skills, a natural problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Languages: Negotiation level in both Spanish and English is mandatory, as you will be working in a highly international setting.
