Destinus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced, technically focused environment. You will build pipelines, partner with managers, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience to support aerospace and defense initiatives.

You will influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights, optimize processes, and strengthen employer branding to attract top engineers and operations talent across regions.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in fast-paced or technical environments is preferred.
• Experience hiring for engineering or operations is a strong plus.
• Strong sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement knowledge.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or German.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, define hiring strategies, build pipelines, and close high-impact hires.
• Translate business needs into clear hiring plans; align with hiring managers on priorities and timelines.
• Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines across platforms and direct outreach.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear, fast, engaging communication.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers; advise on market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Strengthen employer branding to position Destinus as a top talent choice.
• Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across all hiring activities.
