Talent-R, a Barcelona-based startup, seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to learn and grow in digital recruitment across European markets.

You will work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants, progressively taking ownership of the recruitment lifecycle while leveraging AI tools to refine sourcing and candidate engagement. The role offers a flexible, remote-friendly environment in a vibrant tech hub.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people.

Responsabilidades

• Source and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, CRM and networks.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Understand and qualify recruitment needs with Account Managers.
• Manage candidate relationships and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Build and maintain your own talent pipeline and network.
• Create and optimize job advertisements to attract talent.
• Coordinate recruitment processes with timely follow-up.
• Propose ideas to improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Explore how AI and new tools can improve recruitment efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish + English — french is a big +
• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people
• Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and comfortable managing different priorities simultaneously
• Business-oriented mindset and interest in understanding our clients' needs
• Experience or interest in Generative AI tools is a plus
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants, you’ll progressively take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle:

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and professional networks
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit
• Understand and qualify recruitment needs alongside our Account Managers
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
• Build and maintain your own talent pipeline and professional network
• Create and optimize job advertisements to attract the right talent
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure smooth and timely follow-up
• Bring your own ideas to improve our sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Explore how AI and new tools can make recruitment smarter and more efficient
