NewCo is seeking Swedish-speaking Storage Solutions Sales Advisors to join our international team. You’ll guide customers toward the right storage solution, explain pricing, and complete bookings with a friendly, consultative approach.

You’ll receive comprehensive paid training, then hybrid working up to three days per week from home after three months. A permanent contract follows probation, with a performance-based commission and opportunities for career growth within NewCo.

Formación

• Native-level Swedish (spoken and written) with good English.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with storage solutions and bookings.
• Follow up with warm leads and complete bookings.
• Explain pricing, availability, promotions, and digital contracts clearly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Operations for a smooth move-in.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and personalised customer experience.
