Job summary

Newco Communications in Barcelona is seeking a friendly Telesales Agent to join our sales team. You will split your time between sales support and outbound telesales, building relationships with clients and driving solutions.

You’ll use CRM tools, thrive in a target-driven environment, and enjoy a hybrid work model after onboarding. The role offers a base salary of €1,600 gross per month plus up to €400 gross monthly bonus during the pilot phase, with uncapped commissions thereafter.

Qualifications

• Native-level Danish and good English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate high-quality conversations with key decision-makers.
• Build trust and identify customer needs with a consultative approach.
• Handle objections and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Follow up on contracts and perform sales support tasks.
• Support partner campaigns and maintain relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Record interactions in CRM and provide feedback to improve strategies.
