Newco communications is seeking a Dutch-speaking Storage Solutions Sales Advisor in Barcelona to assist customers looking for self-storage solutions. You will guide conversations, explain options, and support bookings through an advisory, customer-first approach.

You will train thoroughly for success, handle warm leads, and work in a supportive, international team. The role offers a base salary with a sales commission model after training and a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Consultative selling approach and ability to build trust with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable storage units and services.
• Follow up on warm leads, explain pricing and availability, and assist with bookings and digital contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and ensure interactions are recorded.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth move-in experiences and share best practices.
