The role requires Swedish language proficiency (native level) and strong communication skills. A full-time, permanent contract follows a one-month probation, with growth opportunities and well-being benefits.

Formación

• Native-level proficiency in Swedish and good English.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Experience in telesales or consultative selling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate high-quality conversations with key decision-makers.
• Build trust and identify customer needs through consultative selling.
• Handle objections and guide prospects toward solutions.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to maximize value.
• Engage with customers and promote products per partnership agreements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as an individual and as a team.
• Record interactions in CRM and provide feedback for strategies.
