Ready to take your sales and marketing skills to the next level? We’re looking for a Swedish-speaking Sales Specialist with a passion for digital advertising (Google Ads, online campaigns, performance marketing) to join our international team in sunny Barcelona.

🌍 Relocation bonus available for candidates moving from abroad. Hybrid work options offered.

What you’ll do:
  • Be the trusted advisor for small and medium businesses, helping them succeed through Google Ads and online campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business goals and offering tailored advertising solutions.
  • Spot opportunities to grow client accounts, from upselling campaigns to optimizing ad performance.
  • Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure clients achieve long-term success.
What we’re looking for:
  • Fluent Swedish (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a big plus!).
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to turn client needs into impactful solutions.
  • Confident using tools like Salesforce, Excel, or digital ad platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and excited about working in a fast-paced, international environment.
