Six Senses Quexigal Palace near Madrid is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead the rooms department, upholding our values while driving guest experiences aligned with sustainability and wellness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, 4+ years in guest service with at least 2 years in management, and English/Spanish language skills. Valid Spanish work permit or EU citizenship is required. We are an equal‑opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, and four years of guest service/hotel experience, with at least two years in a management capacity; preferred 5+ years in a similar operational role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid Spanish work permit or EU citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously enhance the rooms experience by staying abreast of industry trends, improving product and service offerings, and updating knowledge and skills.
• Instill a cost‑focused philosophy through training and education.
• Lead the rooms department, managing teams, ensuring delivery of Six Senses' exceptional standards of operation and service.
• Establish and meet pre‑set financial targets related to revenue generation, profitability, and return on invested capital.
• Operate the property in compliance with all legal, statutory, financial, and contractual requirements, maintaining systems and protocols for security, safety, product and service standards, host management, and budgetary controls.
