Job summary

MTS Globe is seeking a Supplier Connectivity Agent in Palma to support our Supplier Integration Team. You will bridge between destination offices, suppliers, and IT teams, analyze current processes, explore improvements, and implement solutions.

You will coordinate training and documentation to ensure efficient operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in related business fields.
• High level English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• IT affinity with strong MS Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of Channel Managers and integration models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Solve supplier connectivity petitions and implement best practices.
• General application and process support for daily tasks (first-level support).
• Lead new projects ensuring smooth connections between stakeholders and technologies.
• Analyze systems and provide insight for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate and organize User Training and Processes Optimization.
• Create and maintain both operational and training documentation.
