Anónimo is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for students, residents and guests. You will be at the heart of a busy, people-focused environment, providing welcoming service and day-to-day support to the Manager.

Key duties include responding to tenant queries, supporting budgeting and KPI reporting, coordinating safety inspections, liaising with suppliers and the University accommodation team, and assisting with marketing and lettings.

Formación

• Experience in student housing or university settings preferred.
• Experience in working to budgets and targets.
• Experience in producing weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Excellent communication skills displaying sensitivities to and understanding residents needs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist students, residents, and guests.
• Support the Manager and cover in their absence.
• Coordinate with General Manager on tenant queries and maintenance issues.
• Ensure sites are safe and compliant with standards.
• Assist with marketing, lettings and promotions.
• Conduct regular inspections of flats.
• Perform daily/weekly safety inspections and update safety systems.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Support the site team.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota for emergencies.
• Liaise with University accommodation team and attend meetings.
• Provide reception support when required.
• Undertake other duties as required.
