HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop material for executive decisions.

The role defines long-term vision and strategic pillars, drawing on market expertise and competitive landscape analysis, in a fast-moving, international setting. Remote within Spain with a Mallorca hybrid option.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leading high-visibility initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling, and quantitative strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning: drive the strategy definition and multi-year plans with senior leadership.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence (Market Lighthouse): develop market models, conduct primary research, deliver competitive analyses.
• Shape Strategic Discoveries & Growth Opportunities: identify new business and diversification opportunities and monitor industry shifts.
