HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials for executive, board, and investor decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy roles, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and ability to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, international environment. Remote within Spain with hybrid options from Mallorca are available.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling and presentation skills for senior and executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative, influential operator with ability to manage multiple priorities cross-functionally.

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning, driving multi-year plans and building a robust strategic fact base.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence to size opportunities and produce competitive analyses.
• Shape Strategic Discoveries by identifying new growth opportunities and monitoring industry shifts.
