HBX Group in Spain is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to translate market insights into executable plans that influence board and investor decisions.

This remote-optional role requires a background in strategy consulting or equivalent, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and the ability to lead high-visibility initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles within international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities; experience leading high-visibility initiatives.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning.
• Build a robust strategic fact base from market trends, performance, risks and opportunities.
• Co‑define pillars and objectives with leadership to guide prioritization.
• Establish a strategy planning framework with cross‑functional alignment.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence to size growth opportunities.
• Develop ecosystem market models for size and segmentation.
• Lead primary research with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce competitive landscapes to inform actions.
• Deliver regular market updates to senior management and Board.
• Shape Discoveries & Growth opportunities and assess new businesses.
• Monitor industry shifts to support timely decisions.
