HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group's strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence decisions at the executive, board, and investor levels.

You will help define the company's long-term vision and strategic pillars, informed by market expertise and competitive insights, while elevating planning quality across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding synthesis, storytelling and presentation skills for executives.

• Support Group Strategy definition and multi-year planning.
• Develop market insights, competitive analyses and strategic models.
• Identify growth opportunities, new business and vertical diversification.
• Deliver market updates and strategic findings to senior management and Board.
