HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group's strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive, board, and investor decisions.

You will help define the company's long-term vision and strategic pillars, informed by market expertise and competitive landscape, elevating strategic planning across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive the strategy definition and management agenda, including multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build a robust strategic fact base through deep analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, internal performance, and emerging risks and opportunities.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization and initiative design.
• Establish and maintain a clear strategy planning framework, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance, Commercial Strategy, and Commercial Planning & Performance.
