HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities from a remote role based in Spain, with an option to work hybrid from Mallorca. You will partner with senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive decisions and investor communications.

You will lead market insights, size growth opportunities, and define strategic pillars, leveraging deep market expertise to elevate planning quality across the organization.

Formación

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with an understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners through targeted outreach, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report on partnership performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.
