Qualificações

• 7+ лет опыта в стратегии, операциях или планировании, желательно в быстрорастущей tech‑среде.

• Drive high-impact transformation projects and strategic initiatives across the business, including evolving the value proposition with AI tools and services, evolving the business model, and improving hiring at scale
• Conduct regular data-driven analysis and research to identify areas for improvement and recommend growth initiatives
• Assess and prioritize market segments, product offerings, and potential M&A or partnership opportunities based on market potential and business impact

Требования:

• 7+ Years of experience in strategy, operations, or planning, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
• Strong organizational skills and leadership presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence executive audiences
• Highly action-oriented and independent, with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience crafting executive presentations
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic and operational depth
• Business modeling or financial acumen
